    I’ve heard that it’s not permitted to drive a car on the island of Krapanj.

    That’s why I’m wondering if it is allowed to take a car on board from Brodarica

    What about a scooter or bicycle?

    Krapanj is a tiny island just a few hundred meters away from the mainland, from the little village of Brodarica.

    There are no cars on the island, however, you can take a bicycle with you on board of the local ferry shuttle to have a ride around the island.

    The island has a very low altitude, just 1.5 meters above the sea, basically, this islet looks like a slate so it should be a pretty easy bike ride 🙂

    Here is a recent video about crossing to Krapanj from the mainland, so you can see how the ferry looks, it has plenty of space to take your bicycle

    so can we leave the car in Brodarica, somewhere safe in the car park?

    we plan to drive from Split to Sibenik and would love to visit this pretty island, to stop on our way!
