    Yesterday and today I was trying to make a reservation and pay for it by Visa credit card, but the site give me answer:”we are unable to proceed your payment”.

    Our credit card it is ok, we checked  with the bank and every thing it is ok ,so may be it is a problem with your site.

    Please check and let me know asap.

    Hi I have tried repeatedly to book a trip for this summer, and I get all the way to the end, and message comes up that my credit card company will not authorize the transaction.

    I spoke to Visa and they said there is no problem at their end – the charge was not even attempted to be made.

    So how can I make this reservation!!!  Is there a number to phone???!!!  Very frustrating!

    jerry, our IT team has finally fixed this temporary payment error.

    all attempted bookings were failed for past few days.

    We are really sorry for all inconvenience.
