    Tips on the best way?

    Does it involve a ferry?

    Is there even a ferry straight there?

    Well, you would need to drive along the coast as there are no car ferries from Pag to Pula.
    So, take ferry from Zigljen on Pag Island to Prizna on the mainland and drive to Pula from there
