We live in Australia and are coming to Croatia at the end of May, starting from the 26th.
We can’t find any information about car ferries so I was hoping you might be able to help me.
We want to go from Dubrovnik to Mljet to Korcula to Hvar to Brac and finish in Split.
We know there is a passenger ferry, Nona Ana, but is there a car ferry that would let us do the island hopping without having to backtrack?

I need help with getting by car from Dubrovnik to Hvar. I understand Jadrolinija is the only company that used to do a car ferry from Dubrovnik to Stari Grad (Hvar).
I can’t find a timetable for this or a way to make a reservation. Please can you advise?
on the following journeys by ‘car ferry’ (2 adult passengers)
on 21st May: Dubrovnik to Hvar or Stari Grad
on 26th May: Hvar or Stari Grad to Brac
is there a car ferry?
on 29th May: Bol to Split by car
Please advise if this is possible and if we can book in advance.

Sue, the Dubrovnik to Stari Grad, Hvar island ferry is discontinued and unlikely to be reintroduced again.
To reach Hvar island by car from Dubrovnik, you would need to drive to Drvenik to cross to Hvar (Sucuraj port): https://www.croatiaferries.com/drvenik-sucuraj-ferry.htm
The drive takes about 2 hours (129 km) and involves crossing the Peljesac bridge.

Also, there are no car ferries between Hvar and Brac Island, so you have to cross by car ferry to the mainland:

  2. Drive to Makarska ferry terminal (29 km – about 40 minutes drive)
  3. Car Ferry from Makarska to Sumartin (Brac Island) https://www.croatiaferries.com/makarska-sumartin-ferry.htm
The alternative is to cross via Split: Stari Grad -> Split -> Supetar
For Bol to Split by car ferry, use Supetar to Split alternative. There are numerous crossings per day on this route.
