In the ferry timetable page it is stated that the ferry line from Pula to Zadar is discontinued.
Is the service really stopped completely?
Are there any alternative possibilities to travel from Pula to Zadar?

unfortunately there is no alternative ferry route yet
as alternative, you can consider traveling by bus to rijeka and from rijeka to pula to take another bus.
also, if you “insist” on ferries and have enough time, you may consider taking ferry from zadar to losinj
