    We are trying to work out how to get from Rab to Mali Lošinj in September. From searching it looks like we have to take a ferry on Friday to Silba, stay overnight then catch a different ferry to Mali Lošinj on Saturday, September. Is this the only way? Maybe a better route to Cres and we can take a bus down the island?
    Hopefully someone will know.

    Yes that is a great idea.

    Rijeka – Cres is ok too but there are no buses that time of day to get from Cres down to Mali.

    Just looked, we could get another ferry Cres – Mali Losinj but it looks like only 5 minutes between the two ferries ☹

    We have used the ferries on our last trip to Croatia and found them excellent.
