DebbieGuestI have read you will be introducing the ferry route Dubrovnik port to Kotor/Budva in Summer 2024 and am interested to know if I am able to book tickets or find out a schedule?
I would like to book my flight tickets soon and will need this information to book and continue my travel to Montenegro.
Are the tickets available one-way? What will be the ticket price? And when are you likely to be open for reservation?
Thank you in Advance
Debi
mateGuestyes, it is expected to start this summer, see this thread here
Ferry from Albania or Budva (Montenegro) to Dubrovnik (Updates 2024)
Antonija catamaran (ex Krilo Star) will be in service, it has about 240 passenger seats, and is a very nice, comfortable, and fast ferry.

IvaGuestWe would like to travel from Dubrovnik to Budva this summer and we see on your website that there is a ferry line between both.
Unfortunately, we cannot find any further information online – timetable, price, how to buy tickets, etc.
We would need this information asap, so that we can book our accommodation in Budva accordingly as we travel with children from Netherlands.
Could you please let us know how can we buy tickets and plan the date/time of our trip?
We need to go with 2 grownups and 3 kids:
– from Dubrovnik to Budva on late July and
– go back from Budva to Dubrovnik on begining of August.
Gospar IvoGuestKompas is going to run this route, I was watching the other day’s press conference of the Montenegro government, and they are keen to start at the end of June this year.
Ana3GuestJune 2024 – update for ferry service between Budva Montenegro and Dubrovnik
This is so far what we know about the new catamaran, aka fast ferry service between Budva Montenegro and Dubrovnik:
- the route will start on 29.06.24 – hopefully. They plan to run it until September this year.
- it will be served by “Antonija” catamaran, a fast ferry owned by GV Iadera, Zadar
- Kompas Travel Services will manage the crossings
- They plan to have two crossings daily, morning and afternoon.
- The duration of the travel is about 2.5 hours.
- The ticket prices are planned to be 55 Euro one way and 69 Euro return.
- The booking has not been opened yet but is expected to be opened pretty soon.
Once the booking is opened, you will be able to book it on these pages:
