Lost and Found Service procedure for ferries in Croatia

1. if you are still on the ferry >> Please, report the loss of any personal item to the crew member on board during the crossing
2. if you already left the ferry >> Get in touch with the specific ferry company as soon as you notice the item is missing.
   2.1 If you are still in the arrival port, go to the ferry company’s local office and report the lost item. Most of the local offices are very near your port arrival points.
   2.2 If you already left the arrival port, get in touch with the ferry company via email or telephone.

All ferry companies have their websites where you can find their contact details:

– For TP Line is http://www.tp-line.hr

Follow the procedure they suggest for lost items on board their vessels and hopefully, they will be recovered.
