Printed ticket or electronic E-ticket with barcode to board the ferry

I hope someone can help me with this: Is it OK to have my tickets on my phone to scan getting onto the ferry?

Do I need to print my ticket bought online?

I can see the tciket has a unique bar code but I am not sure what to do now.

Pierin, currently, for most of the ferry companies, if you have bought a ticket online you can board the vessels by showing to the crew the e-ticket saved on your phone.

So, there is no need to print the ticket on paper. You can just show it to the crew on your mobile device.

Just make sure your ticket is ready to view before boarding to make the boarding procedure faster.

And of course, make sure your phone battery is charged to ensure a smooth boarding 😉
