Travel on Ferry with car VW bus

I would like to travel with car/VW bus.
How is that possible ?
I cant find out which ferries allow for this?
Then is it possible to travel from Venice to Croatia by car?
How do I visit Susak?

check ferry schedules and look for “car ferry” notes. if schedules are for ‘foot passenger only’ then cars are not permitted. (As this is a foot-passenger only ferry, cars are not permitted on board)
there is no car ferry from Venice to Croatia. you can drive in your van.
