Winter arrives on Croatian coast
Croatian coast awoke to a blanket of snow this morning with artic winds blowing from the north bringing the cold weather and chilly temperatures to the Adriatic.
As a result, most of the smaller ferries around the coast are struggling to cross the channels while larger ones are running as normal. Some of the fast ferry services are temporarily suspended until the end of the week.
If you intend to travel by ferry in Croatia this weekend, check with your port of departure if ferries are running according to timetables as the bad weather is expected to last until the end of the weekend.
